Do you ship oversea ?

We currently ship only to England, Scotland, Wales. We are working hard to expand our service overseas.

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in Sterling Pound (£). 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow us 48-72 hours production time for your order to ship out. Some of our products are made to order, in that case, the production time will be longer than 72 hours. The average shipping times are 7-14 business days excluding holidays.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Items discounted 40% or more are not returnable or exchangeable and this is not negotiable. Rest assured, we offer a 100 % money-back guarantee or exchange for normal priced products and products offered less than 40% discount.

If you are not happy with the products and would like to return your jewellery, please email contact@theelementsofharmony.co.uk to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 14 days so please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. 
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

My items arrived damaged !

Firstly, are are so sorry to hear this! We do ship all orders with gift boxes to protect the jewellery but in the are cases your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us at contact@theelementsofharmony.co.uk and we will immediately ship you a new order completely free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@theelementsofharmony.co.uk. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 7 -14 business days. Please expect longer shipping times during the holiday seasons.
